COMMITEE MEETING 10 10 2016
A brief committee was held before the evenings open meeting.
Absent Russ Polly Mike Sandra.
- Agreement that licences to be kept with existing holders G5UM with Derick Wills G4LRO and G3LRS with Roger Talbot G4LRO (Alex to contact Roger ) who we will acknowledge as a “corresponding” member to satisfy Offcom requirements regarding holders being club members. Note G3XKX is a life member
- Note G2AA already transferred to John G0IJM.
- We had a visit by a RSGB representative who was presented by swearing and abuse. This is unacceptable and of course our neighbours and any visitors should not be presented with such behaviour. COMMITEE AGREED TO BRING THIS UP AT OPEN MEETING.
- Accounts 57 paid up members Tea till August £489.05 BBQ £120
- 5. Clearuop of premises started and to be continued
- YOTA application in hand by Mike G4SJX
